HiPi Technologies Ltd specialises in heat pressure printing technology, print support services, and web-based print tools.

The HiPi Print App does not require account registration. If we offer account features in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any Service at any time with or without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
The HiPi Print App processes all uploaded files entirely within your browser. No files are transmitted to or stored on our servers. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for any content you choose to print.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and print using the HiPi Print App. You must not use the Print App to print:
The HiPi Print App is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free service at any time. We may introduce paid features in the future.
The Print App works on modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We do not guarantee compatibility with older browsers or unsupported platforms.
We endeavour to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our Website are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are entirely accurate, complete, or current. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it unused in original condition.
All prices on our Website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. An order is only accepted when you receive a written order confirmation from us.
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards via our secure payment provider. Card details are never stored by us.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
As a consumer in the UK, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
You may return any hardware product within 30 days of receipt for any reason, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return:

Digital downloads and software licences are non-refundable once activated or downloaded, except where required by law.
For returns within 30 days where the product is unwanted (not faulty), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty or incorrectly described products, we will cover return shipping.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We are unable to refund to a different card or account.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HiPi Technologies Ltd regarding your use of our Services.
The HiPi Printer iOS application ("App") is distributed via the Apple App Store and is subject to a separate End User Licence Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the App, you also agree to the HiPi Printer iOS App Terms & Conditions.
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the iOS App EULA. Upon your acceptance of the EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
HiPi Technologies Ltd, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

If you are a resident of the United States, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Notwithstanding this, certain US states may have consumer protection laws that provide you with additional rights, and nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.
Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary rights or prevent imminent harm.
We ship HiPi Printer products to all US states via tracked international courier. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes applicable in the USA are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated and displayed at checkout.
US customers may return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs) provided the item is in its original condition.
