End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for the HiPi Printer iOS application, distributed via the Apple App Store. This agreement is between you and HiPi Technologies Ltd β not Apple Inc.
This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End User") and HiPi Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of the HiPi Printer mobile application ("App") distributed via the Apple App Store.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.
Subject to the terms of this EULA, HiPi Technologies Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
This licence does not include the right to sublicence the App or use the App on any device not owned or controlled by you.
The licence is subject to and incorporates by reference Apple's Standard EULA, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms most protective of Apple's interests shall apply.

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets these requirements and for any internet connection charges incurred when using the App.
HiPi Technologies Ltd is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App, whether or not expressly required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

HiPi Technologies Ltd warrants that:
In the event of a breach of this warranty, you may notify Apple to obtain a refund of the purchase price for the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.
HiPi Technologies Ltd, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including:
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, HiPi Technologies Ltd, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
The App and all intellectual property rights therein (including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and content) are owned by HiPi Technologies Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in this EULA transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You represent and warrant that:
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). By using the App you confirm you meet this age requirement.
The App may display or provide access to third-party content, websites, or services (including Bluetooth or Wi-Fi printer protocols). HiPi Technologies Ltd is not responsible for any third-party content or services and your use of such is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third parties' terms.
The App integrates with Apple services including AirPrint where available. Such integrations are subject to Apple's own terms of service.
Apple's role is limited to that of a distribution platform. Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims related to the App.
UK Users: This EULA and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
US Users: If you are a resident of the United States, you agree that any dispute arising under this EULA that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. Notwithstanding this, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Certain US states may have consumer protection laws that give you rights in addition to those set out in this EULA, and nothing in this EULA limits those rights.
Consumer Rights: Regardless of the governing law, nothing in this EULA shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
